Special Note: Our Fisherman's Wharf voucher redemption location is also the location where the Golden Gate Bay Cruise departs. Your Bay Cruise ticket is only valid on the day of its issue. Your Go San Francisco Card â„¢ is valid for the number of calendar days that you choose at the time of purchase (1, 2, 3 , 5 or 7 days) These days are consecutive.

3: How does my Go San Francisco Card â„¢ get activated?

Your Go San Francisco Card â„¢ will become activated the first time you use it.

4: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?

No, the Go San Francisco Card â„¢ is only valid for one person. If you would like to share your San Francisco Experience with a friend, you will each need to have your own Go San Francisco Card â„¢.

5: Do children need to have a Go San Francisco Cardâ„¢ ?

Yes, every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go San Francisco Card â„¢ to take advantage of the free admissions. (Children under the age of 3 are FREE do not require a card)

6: What happens if I lose my Go San Francisco Card â„¢ ?

Unfortunately, an activated Go San Francisco Card â„¢ is like cash. It is non-refundable.

7: How many attractions can I visit in one day?

You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once per day.

8: I can't possibly go to all those attractions in one visit. Why should I buy the Go San Francisco Card â„¢ ?

We don't expect you to go to all the attractions in one visit. Even if you go to a few attractions, you will save a significant amount of money. We have a lot of things to do so to give you choices and flexibility. If you are able to get to everything featured in the guidebook we'd love to know about your experience!!

9: Is it a ride or a guided tour?

No, the Go San Francisco Card â„¢ is more like a ticket to be used for the attraction admissions. However, one of our included attractions is a 2-day hop-on hop-off trolley tour. Some of our customers have used this to get around the city on their visit. The included color guidebook also gives plenty of information on how to get around the city by foot and by public transportation.
